The Philippine Cocktail Fiesta 2026 Is Landing in Cebu This November

Cebu gets into good spirits as Asia’s top bartenders shake things up this November.

The Philippine Cocktail Fiesta—a celebration of liquid culture led by festival director Tatum Ancheta and founder of DrinkCollectiv—has announced its 2026 lineup. This November, the festival is breaking out of Metro Manila and heading south to Cebu. Nearly 40 venues across Cebu, Mandaue, and Mactan will host 25 guest shifts and high-concept cocktail pairings.

This isn’t just an event designed for overindulgence; it’s a milestone for the domestic bar community. By pairing leading regional bartenders with top-tier local chefs, the festival’s first-ever Cebu edition promises spirits-fueled nights worth recounting to your grandkids—provided you can remember them.

The festivities begin in Mactan on November 13 before moving to Cebu City and Mandaue on November 14. Throughout November, participating venues will offer Fiesta cocktails, special menus, discounts, buy-one-get-one deals, complimentary treats, and limited-edition merchandise. Guests can also pick up a free Fiesta Passport listing participating bars and their offers at partner venues and hotels.

The festival will bring together top bartenders from 13 Asian cities, as well as talent from Manila, Davao, Dumaguete, La Union, Pampanga, San Juan, and Siargao. By sharing the spotlight between local bartenders, chefs, and international guests, the festival puts Cebu’s bar community in the conversation with talent from across the region.

“What started in Manila last year has grown into something much bigger than a single-city festival,” says Ancheta. “Moving the Fiesta to a different city each year allows us to introduce different Philippine destinations and their bar communities to people from across the region.” Much of the festival is volunteer-driven, with a local committee of Cebu bartenders, bar owners, and supporters helping shape the program.

The festival culminates on Sunday, November 15, with “Asia Icons: The Fiesta Closing Party” at the NUSTAR Resort Cebu Grand Ballroom, the festival’s official host venue. Running from 7 p.m. to 1 a.m., the event brings together nine award-winning bars from across Asia and the Philippines, with unlimited drinks priced at PHP 1,999.

Organized by DrinkCollectiv and Drinks Be With You, the weekend is powered by a strong local community. As Ancheta says: “Cebu didn’t just agree to host the Fiesta. The local community really came on board and started making it their own.”
