Everything You Need to Know About Oktoberfest 2026

The world’s largest folk and beer festival is in the Philippines once again; here’s how you can enjoy a night of exceptional food, fine beer, music, and German spirit.

Solaire Resort Entertainment City, in partnership with the German Club Manila, is once again transforming the Solaire Grand Ballroom into an authentic Oktoberfest celebration on October 8, 9, and 10, 2026. Whether you love and appreciate the yearly Wiesn traditions or are joining for the first time, here are some things you can do during the three evening festivities.

For a country known for its love of drinking, it’s almost mandatory to take a sip of the historic royal Hofbräu München brew to shake off your nerves and get the party vibe started. Don’t get too sloshed, though, as the evening is just getting started, and you need that extra stomach space for food.

Find the nearest communal table and enjoy the evening’s Munich delights curated by Solaire Resort’s German chef-turned Vice President of Food & Beverage and Culinary, Sebastian Kellerhoff.

The extensive delicacy filling your beer belly includes, but is not limited to: Laugenbrezel (Bavarian pretzel), the classic Frankfurter and Weisswurst (traditional white sausage), and desserts Apfelstrudel (apple-filled pastry) and Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte (black forest gateau) for that inner sweet tooth.

Completing the festive mood in the ballroom is Bavarian Sound Express, tasked with livening up the cheers and dances and immersing guests in the experience. If you’re drunk enough, you’re free to sing along, raise a toast, and take it to the dance floor–it’d be like you left in a plane and landed straight into the streets of Munich.

Oktoberfest at the Solaire Resort Entertainment City has held strong for eight years, starting in 2018 through an ongoing partnership with the German Club Manila. More than a night of beers and music, it also celebrates the enduring friendship between Germany and the Philippines by combining world-class delicacies, drinks, and tunes with local hospitality, warmth, and celebratory energy.
