Louis Vuitton Has Real Madrid Covered Between Kickoffs

The latest collaboration puts a polished spin on the realities of life as a global football club.

Footballers spend a lot of time being watched, from tunnel walks and airport arrivals to team photographs and the supposedly casual moments that end up on everyone’s feed. In its second year as Real Madrid’s official partner, Louis Vuitton has unveiled a new wardrobe for the club’s men’s and women’s football teams and its men’s basketball team.

Designed by Pharrell Williams’s Men’s Studio, the collection takes inspiration from the Louis Vuitton Trunk collection introduced in February 2026. It’s built around the odd rhythm of professional sport, where a player might step off a plane one minute and head into a formal appearance the next. The tailored pieces keep things sharp, while the travel looks account for a season packed with flights, hotels, training sessions, and fixtures.

The most playful new arrival is a reversible nylon jacket, with a full Monogram pattern tucked on the inside. It’s two looks for the price of one wardrobe decision. A leather-embossed Vuitton signature and the Real Madrid crest keep it firmly in club territory. There’s also a navy sweater with the signature on the chest and the crest on the back, plus a beige polo replacing last season’s navy version. A streamlined navy cap and reversible belt round out the travel uniform.

For formal occasions, the tailored suit returns with a new blue shirt in subtle white stripes. A cashmere coat adds a useful bit of adaptability: its Monogram scarf can be removed and clipped to the collar. Each coat’s inner label carries the club and Louis Vuitton signatures, along with the player’s initials. Even in a squad-sized wardrobe, there’s room for a personal detail.

The leather goods nod to the Monogram’s 130th anniversary through the Mon Monogram line and its personalization service. It’s a neat link between a club built around collective identity and a house whose signature has been recognizable for generations.

One detail for anyone mentally adding these pieces to their cart: these team pieces aren’t available for purchase. They’re made for players and club representatives. Still, Louis Vuitton knows the art of arrival, and Real Madrid offers plenty of runways beyond the runway. Before the whistle, after the final buzzer, or somewhere between two time zones, the journey now has its own .
